New Oxley Garlic, Naturally! Roasted Garlic

Usually garlic is roasted whole, but I have discovered another way to do it that I like too. A scoop or two are handy to add to mashed potatoes, soups, stews, sauces and add another delightful and delicious level of flavour
Ingredients
  • Several Garlic bulbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Peel a number of garlic cloves
  3. Roast in a shallow pan with a little oil and water for 20 minutes or so until they are tender
  4. Puree them in a food processor and store in the refrigerator for a week or so
