Sweet Potato Gratin

This sweet potato gratin has all the flavour, it is easy to make and much better for you than the traditional recipes.

  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Medium Onions, skinned and sliced
  • 4 Medium Turnips, skinned and sliced
  • 2 Cups Chicken or Vegetable stock. low-sodium
  • ½ Cup 18% cream
  • ⅓ Cup Breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  1. Preheat the over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large glass baking dish layer sweet potato, onion and turnip
  3. Pour stock over the vegetables until about halfway up the baking dish
  4. Add cream
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan and sprinkle over the top
  6. Bake for about 35-45 minutes until bubbling and the potato is cooked
